Professor Roger Simon of Lehigh University will be speaking at the Union League as part of a regular book series on Thursday, March 22 at 6:30 pm. Simon has previously spoken at the Pennsylvania Historical Society. The talk is free and open to the public, but reservations are required. The Union League, located at 140 Broad Street in Philadelphia, has a strict dress code that can be viewed here: The evening will begin with a cocktail reception (including a cash bar) at 6:00 pm, with Simon speaking at promptly 6:30 pm. Dinner for League members only may commence after the evening’s program.
