Hitting the road for a trip to the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center

The Friday night banquet was held at the US Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle. PHA members were treated to an exclusive tour of the US Army Heritage and Education Center and dinner at the Carlisle Oktoberfest!

The evening plenary, “Two Americas, Two Germanys: The United States Faces the War in Europe, 1914-1917” was presented by Dr. Michael Neiberg, the inaugural Chair of War Studies in the Department of National Security and Strategy at the United States Army War College.
